I recently had South East Energy tint the windows on my home. The owner of the company, Nelson, was extremely professional, patient, dynamic, and informative when providing information about the array of products he had to offer for my home. Another tidbit about Nelson. When the job was done, I was about to overpay him and he quickly reminded me that I was doing so. A breath of fresh air for South Florida. The installer, Monte, is very respectful, meticulous and conscientious about his work. He cleans up after himself and you hardly realize that he is in your home. I can't say enough about this company. You cannot go wrong hiring them.

We were looking to reduce the heat in our lanai as well as add some hurricane resistance to the whole house. When Nelson came to show us the products, he gave us a complete overview of the products meeting our needs and explained the benefits we would experience. All this was done in a low pressure and friendly manner.

We decided on the HanitaTek SafetyZone film. It gave us the best combination of qualities we looked for at a minimal increased cost over the energy only film. Nelson assured us we would be extremely happy with their installer.

Well, needless to say, we were overjoyed with Monty's installation. He was through and made a very clean installation. His caulking was PERFECT and the entire experience was excellent.

The lanai is now much cooler due to the UV and IR reduction.

We have a wonderful lanai overlooking a beautiful lake. The problem was, it faces west. So, in the afternoon, it gets very hot and the glare off the lake was harsh.

When Nelson came to spec out our job, he promised us a PERFECT job. Not only was the film applied perfectly by Monty, but the view out the back room of our house is nothing short of spectacular.

No glare and the heat is virtually gone. ... and the house is now more secure due to the quality film installed.

We had old film on our window but even with that, we were not able to cool down the house. The window were always burning to touch, and the window were blueish.. Since we have the new film installed by Marty everything changed. Like promised by Nelson, the window are 95% cooler, we can keep the blind open and the house remains cool. Even if we were very skeptical, because our old experience, we are now believer. This company is great, hold promises, punctual, and honest. I wanted to do another window with Plexiglas but he was honest enough to let me know it will not be worth it because of the price of the special film used on Plexiglas.

This is a great company! Nelson, the owner and estimator, was very polite and professional. Their installer Monty started tinting some windows in my house yesterday. He has been professional, very clean, and has gone above and beyond his job requirements. One of the pieces of glass was already partially cracked and I was originally told that it might need to be replaced. Sure enough, it needed to be, but instead of Monty packing up and telling me to let them know when I had replaced the glass, he called a glass company for me and told me that he could fix the window. All I had to do was pick up the glass while he continued to tint other windows. When I returned with the glass, he carefully installed it and picked up every scrap of glass on my floor and what fell onto my roof from the original window. He has to come back today to finish up. When I offered to pay him at least something yesterday he refused to accept any payment. He said that he will not accept payment until he is completely done with a job. Great work and very professional company, something rare I think these days!

Southeast did an absolutely superb job tinting our windows last year. We weren't yet ready at that point to do the Florida Room (with its 9 panels of floor to ceiling glass measuring 45 x 84) but when we saw the difference in cooling the rest of the house the tinting made, we decided to bit the bullet. And with Southeast's fair pricing, it wasn't that bad a bullet.
